Lemon basil dip




Need:
1/4 fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup mayo

1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except mayo. Process until smooth.
2. In a medium bowl, whip mayo until creamy.
3. Stir in herb mixture.
4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Hot sweet onion dip



Need:
1 (4 ounce) package of cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (grated)
1/2 cup sweet onion (chopped)
pepper to taste

1. Mix everything and place it in a baking dish.
2. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until the top is nice and browned, about 30-50 minutes.
